The company was formed in the second half of 2006 by and between Terry Tree Service LLC and Sheen & Shine Inc. Terry Tree is a twelve-year-old company that is involved in Vegetation Management, land clearing, storm disaster and environmental recycling businesses. Sheen & Shine is a 27-year-old company that has been involved with all facets of facilities management for both commercial and government organizations.
Our Management staff has been very involved in completing various Storm Disaster Relief, Construction Management, Janitorial Services, Food Services and Heavy Highway construction projects. The projects include debris removal and demolition that resulted from Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma.
Eagle Veteran Construction Services, LLC completed Katrina Relief Projects in late 2007. We completed debris removal, provided all necessary equipment, labor and supplies to provide Right of Way (ROW) and Personal Property Debris Removal (PPDR). During the course of the recovery process in working as a first tier subcontractor for Phillips and Jordan, Inc. on their United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Hurricane Katrina debris removal contract in Orleans Parish, LA, we had hundreds of crews contracted with over 350 workers in the field. Our certified resources were not depleted by a project of this magnitude, which leaves us a reserve inventory of labor and equipment to supplement the “spikes” in the scope of work. Our responsibility includes managing all work in the eight square mile zone.
At this time we have concurrent construction renovation projects underway at the Syracuse NY VA Medical Center.
Sheen & Shine Inc has provided Facilities Management Services, which includes janitorial and routine facilities, repair to the following:
- Dept of the Army, Fort Drum, NY
- Seneca Army Depot, Romulus, NY
- Albert Einstein Medical Facility, PA
- Defense Finance (New Cumberland, PA)
Terry Tree Service, LLC operates four separate divisions within the company Residential Services, Resource Recycling, Land Clearing, Disaster Recovery Service; some of jobs performed by the company include:

Eagle Veteran Construction Services LLC has established a zero tolerance workplace safety program. Our safety program includes annual OSHA and first aid training. We have weekly tailgate sessions at all job sites to discuss safety occurrences and near misses.
